Manufacturing Capability

We don't just distribute — we convert and coat

Alongside our distribution business, Sartech Solutions runs an in-house processing unit: a tape & film conversion centre, and a Loctite pre-applied fastener coating line.

Tape & Film Conversion Centre

From bulk stock to precision-converted parts

We take bulk tesa tape and industrial film and convert it in-house into the exact part your assembly line needs — slit, die-cut, laminated or rewound to drawing.

Slitting

Bulk tesa tape and film stock is precision-slit into narrow rolls to your exact width specification.

  • Narrow roll slitting
  • Precision slitting

Die-Cutting

Custom and kiss-cut parts punched to drawing — gaskets, EMI shielding components and thermal interface parts included.

  • Custom die-cut & kiss-cut parts
  • Foam & gasket conversion
  • EMI shielding components
  • Thermal interface parts

Laminating

Multi-layer construction — bonding foam, film and adhesive layers into a single engineered material for your application.

  • Multi-layer lamination
  • Foam lamination
  • Adhesive & film lamination

Rewinding

Slit or laminated rolls rewound to your specified core size, length and tension — clean, consistent rolls ready for downstream use.

  • Custom roll lengths
  • Core size matching
  • Tension-controlled winding

Custom manufacturing services

We support you from design assistance and material selection through sampling to low- and high-volume production — a single point of contact from concept to converted part.

Fastener Coating

Loctite Pre-Applied Coating Technology

Our processing unit applies Loctite pre-applied thread-locking coating to bolts and fasteners — bringing factory-consistent, vibration-resistant locking to production lines without a manual threadlocker application step.

1

Pre-applied, not hand-applied

Loctite pre-applied coating is applied to fastener threads at our processing unit ahead of time — arriving at your assembly line ready to use, with no manual dispensing step.

2

Dry to the touch, active on torque

The coating stays dry and clean during handling and storage, then activates as the fastener is torqued down — locking and sealing the thread engagement.

3

Built for the production line

Because there's nothing to dispense, pre-applied-coated fasteners drop straight into automated and high-speed manual assembly without slowing the line or adding mess.

Coated fastener specifications and minimum order quantities vary by size and application — talk to us about your bolt program.

What pre-applied coating actually saves you

Manual liquid threadlocker looks cheap on a spec sheet, but labour, rework and inventory add up. Adjust the inputs below to model your own line.
